Transcripts - My NS Future
In 2017, the NS Department of Education & Early Childhood Development launched a process providing the 11 Post Secondary Institutions within Nova Scotia access to student transcripts online. NS students who graduated in 2012 or later, can provide their PSN (Provincial Student Number) to one of these Institutions upon application. This replaces the need for students to provide a paper copy of their transcript with their application.
The Post Secondary Institution will use this number to access the student's transcript. The PSN is located at the top of the Nova Scotia Student Transcript.
Anyone without a copy of their transcript can contact the school to obtain their PSN.
NNEC students who graduated before 2012, or applying to PS Institutions outside Nova Scotia, will still need to contact NNEC to obtain their official transcript.
