Are you interested in a career in medicine?

If so, you should check out a program called the Rural Outreach and Mentorship Initiative (ROMI). It's run all across Canada through the Society of Rural Physicians. The goal of the program is to pair up high school students with a current medical student, to provide them mentorship and information about careers in medicine and the whole post-secondary process.  Complete the google link below if you are interested in learning more about the program -

Grad write-ups and photos for yearbook

Students are reminded to get important information to Mr. Bowman for this year's yearbook.  You may not appreciate the value of a yearbook now, but trust me, you will on the night of Safe Grad when everyone else is running around getting their friends and teachers to sign their book.  Yearbooks will be on sale during the upcoming parent-teacher visitation so perhaps parents could purchase one for you as a Christmas gift.
